Yes, you can apply for IAS.

To applying for IAS, only a graduation degree is required....the marks in the graduation is not at all required.

You can also apply in the final year of graduation...providing that you have to show your certificate of passing at the time of interview.

Other things to remember:

1. Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years....the age is calculated on the basis of 1st of August of the year applying for it.
[33 years for Sc/ST]

2. Should be a citizen of India.

Dear friend don't take tension because IAS exam not depend on you marks.........

Because this is depend on your talent if you have talent then marks is not affected on your preparation.............

For IAS there is no any eligibility criteria if you have talent then you can surely your IAS exam crack............

For Indian Administrative Service, you must complete your graduation and as far as percentage of marks is concerned, there is no such standard set by UPSC.
Apart from being a graduate, you must fulfill other eligibility criteria which includes the minimum and maximum eligible age.

IAS examination is conducted UPSC.To become IAS you have to apply for civil service exam which consist of preliminary exam ,main exam and interview.If you clear preliminary exam only then you will get select for main exam and interview.

After completing your Bacholar Degree, you are eligible for IAS exams.

So, Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognised by the Government are eligible for appear in IAS exams.

Age limits -

No you can't appear for IAS exam in first year of your B Tech. You must have a graduate degree with at least 50% marks and Must be in between 21 to 28 years of age

yes you can give ias exam but only if you are having the eligibility qualifications required for the exam.
for giving ias exam, the student must have done graduation in any field with at least 60% marks. the age limit for the exam is 21 to 30 years which can increase to 35 years for sc/st students.
if you are having these qualifications, then only you can give the exam.
there will be three rounds in the exam. firstly, you will have to give the preliminary exam. this exam will be of objective questions.
after qualifying in that exam, you will have to give the main exam, which will be in written form.
after passing both the exams, you will be called for the personal interview.
after passing that interview, you will become an ias officer.

No,you are eligible for I.A.S examination.Because the candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline.

Marks in not matter for this examination.For I.A.S,there is no minimum marks required for this examination.So,don't worry about the marks.

Yes you can do IAS as the eligiblity criteria is you hold graduation degree in any stream from recognized university and the your marks in degree are not going to matter and moreover if you really work hard to clear the exam you will be able to crack it..
