To apply for the post of Specialist Officer in the participating banks of Common Written Exam, conducted by the IBPS, you should hold a bachelors degree in the relevant field.
Since you are in the final year of your B.Sc program, you are not yet eligible to apply for the examination.
Apart from being a graduate in agricultural science or related field, you must be within the age limit of 20-35 years of age for the post of Agricultural Field Officer. The maximum age limit is 38 years for OBC category and 40 years for Sc/St category.

No you can not appear for the exam of IBPS specialist officer.

You should have completed your graduation first in the relevant field from a recognized university and your age should be between 20 years to 35 years as on 01.12.2011.

So you can apply next year.

For that you should have completed A Degree in any Agricultural Trade

If you have completed your graduation in agriculture or allied specializations Horticulture/ animal husbandry /veterinary science/ dairy science / Agri. engineering / fishery science / pisciculture/ agri marketing and co operation etc from a recognized university, then only you are eligible.

And your age should be between 20 - 35 Years as on 01.12.2011.

So I guess you are not eligible.
