Can I apply for B.Tech course being a candidate from OBC category with a date of birth 02-01-1996?

My date of birth is 2-1-96 can i apply for betech my cast catogry is OBC |

He,for get admission in B.tech ,AIEEE exam score card is compulsory which for metric pass and 11th students,if you will get good marks you can do B.Tech with good college after 12th.Best of Luck
