i belong to OBC category can i apply for ctet...please tell me if i can apply for it

You can apply for CTET being a candidate from OBC category. The CTET has separate papers for primary stage and elementary stage. The eligibility criteria for both the papers are different. There is relaxation in percentage for OBC candidates. You can visit the official website for all other information.

I am candidate of obc.I got 89 marks in ctet.I am qualified or not.I belong to kamboj cast.pls reply .I am doing struggle in my life.

RENU RANI- i have 84 marks, paper 1st. I m beloing to OBC . I can or can't qualify ctet.

i have 80 marks in paper first i am belonging to obc i can or can not qualify ctet

The following persons are eligible for appearing in the CTET.

1. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).


1.2 Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled.

I belonging to obc i have 49% in BA can i applly to ctet july2013

i scored 87 correct answr out of 150 and i belongs to obc category ..
am i qualified in ctet or not ?

I got 86 marks out of 150 and i belong to OBC category,am i qualified in CTET or not

sir....i hv got 85 marks in level 2..belong to O.B.C....hv i qualified t exm or not.

I GOT 89 MARKS AT FEB 2014 CTET . I OBC CATER . IF I AM ELIGIBLE OR NOT? PLEASE REPLY SOON . I AM IN MORE CONFUSION AND STRUGGLE LEVEL

I have qualified in both papers of ctet. But I am old of 40 years. I belong to OBC category. Have I age relaxation to appear at the examination of KVS or NVS ?
