No, you are not eligible for NDA entrance exam. Physical standard are very important to participate in NDA entrance exam. You must have good eyesight to be eligible for NDA entrance exam. Here I am providing eye sight criteria for NDA entrance exam please go through it.

NDA i.e National Defence Academy and this entrance exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every
year. This exam conducts exams for Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing.
