i completed my 1st year in ece and i have 1 arrier.can i change my course to cse

Yes, you can definately change your stream from ECE to CSE after completing 1st year as per your college/university rules and regulations as there is same syllabus for all the branches in 1st year.This procedure is followed as:

1)The college will consider your performance(i.e your attendance,result etc)
2)By interchanging of students from one branch to another
3)If seats are vacant in the branch(i.e cs) you want to change.

I want to change my branch with out change my quota. I am from Government Quota.Am I change my branch in the same institute?(loyola institute of technology and science).
