Can I do graduation from IGNOU if I am a railway employee?
Hello sir i am a rilway employee can i do my graduation from ignou with my job? Is it valid for central government examination like upsc, ssc if i do it with my job.kindly reply me my [email protected]

I joined at the post of stenographer in PSU, central government on the basis 10 2 (Intermediate) education. Now I am non-graduate. To get the promotion M1(officer range) to have graduate. I want to distance education for graduate but our office (HR Deptt) do not permission for this . Distance education for graduation is not valid in our office. what is rule of central government . please give me fully details of central government rules.
