Yes, you can pursue B.E. in Naval Architecture even you have done 1st year in Marine.

Academy of Maritime Education (AMET) is a maritime institute located in Chennai.
  • For pursuing B.E. in Naval Architecture, you must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in PCM stream.
  • 5% relaxation is provided to reserved category candidates.
  • Age should not be greater than 25 years.
  • Lateral Entry admission is also available in AMET.
  • Mode of Selection is based on Admission Test and Personal Interview.
