Can I get a chance for IPS examination after passing 12th?
Hi sir i am passed for X+2 LEVEL HIGHER SECONDSRY(VOCATIONAL)STREM COURSES i can chance IPS Examinition ?

You can't appear for IPS selection test with HSC qualification. Bachelor degree in any subject is the minimum qualification required. Age must be between 21 and 30 years. Relaxation in age is given for candidates under reserved category. Pursue graduation in any of your interested subjects and get prepared for attending civil services examination, immediately after completion of the course.

NO, you cannot apply for the IPS exams just after passing class 12th
To become an IPS Officer you have appear and clear the prestigious Civil Services Exam(CSE). CSE is conducted by UPSC every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts. After clearing CSE you can get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc based on your rank in the Final Merit list. It is conducted in 3 stages viz. 1.Prelims/CSAT Exam 2.Mains Exam 3.Interviews Eligibilty to apply for the UPSC Civil Services Exams Educational Qualification : A Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised University. Final year appeared/appearing candidates can also apply. Age Limit : General Category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam OBC-21-33yrs SC/ST-21-35yrs Attempts : General Category-4 times OBC-7 times SC/ST-Unlimited times |
