Is it possible to give IPS exam after 12th?
is it possible to give IPS examination after 12th?
i have just given my 12th in commerce stream. after 12th what should i do to give UPSC examination? |

Sorry to say this you are not eligible to write IPS exam because the minimum educational qualification is graduation. IPS stands for INDIAN POLICE SERVICE this exam is conducted by the UPSC once in a year. Eligibility criteria: The candidate should be complete graduation from any recognised university. Final year candidates also eligible. Age limits is 21 years to 30years. The candidate should be a citizen of india. Selection procedure: Preliminary exam, Main exam, Interview. Sorry my friend you can not eligible for the IPS exam because in IPS exam the minimum qualification required is graduation and as you done your 12th so that first of all complete your graduation and then appear for the exam . But with your graduation you can prepare for the exam because it takes time so you should prepare for the very first year of your graduation . You should improve your english and GK and studied concentrately . Best Of Luck

After 12th it not possible to give IPS exam as the minimum qualification for this is Graduation Degree. But it is good to start preparation for IPS after 12th.
IPS-INDIAN POLICE SERVICE, to become an IPS officer one has to appear and crack the Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years which is relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ST candidate and for OBC candidate up to 3 years, can apply for IPS of Civil Service exam. There is certain prescribed Physical Fitness standard to be maintained for those candidate applying for IPS. The selection is through three phases:- CSAT-Civil Service Aptitude Test-Preliminary Exam Civil Service Main Exam Personal Interview So if you are interested for IPS then first you have to complete Graduation in order to appear for Civil Service Exam. No it is not possible because ips is a civil service and shifr minimum education qualification is graduation.so first you complete your graduation through any reputed institute after this you should appear ips

No, after 12th you are not eligible for IPS examination. Because to appear in this examination, you need a bachelor degree from a recognised colleges. And your age should between 21 to 30 years, if you are belong to general catagory. So, if you are interested to become IPS officer, then please complete your bachelor degree first, only then you are eligible for UPSC Civil services examination. And to become IPS officier, you need to appear for UPSC civil services exams. The general candidates in this examination will gets only 4 attempts, 7 attempts for OBC and no limits for SC, ST candidates. So, firstly complete your bachelor degree and then apply for UPSC examination to become IPS officer. GOOD LUCK. |
