My son has been declared handicap 40% (temporary) by state government hospital i.e J.J Hospital Mumbai will he be eligible for handicap quota. he is interested to undergo diploma course in mechanical engineering he has secured 60% marks in S.S.C examination in the year 2012 by Mumbai board, but has undergone surgery hence he could get an admission for studies. now we are intrusted to get admission in first year diploma in mechanical engineering. can you give us the details of seat available in handicap quota
