Can I get fee reimbursed in 2nd year without applying for it in 1st year?

donot worry..though you havenot happlied for fees reimbursement you can do it in 2nd year..
So that you can be given free education from the persuing year.. hurry up. |

can i apply for fee reimbursment in the 2nd without submitting the income certificate during 1st year during certificate verification in the councelling.
