Yes, You can give Civil Service Exam after B.Sc. Food Technology.
Civil Service Examination conducted every year by UPSC to become IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS officer etc. under Central Govt. various Dept. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. Hence as you have already passed 12th, now you should start preparation accordingly for Civil Service Exam along with the under Graduate studies and you are eligible for Civil Service Exam after Graduation Degree.
