This CDS Examination is Organized by Union Public Service Commission .

Both the Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply for this Officer training academy Examination . The Minimum Educational Qualification require to apply for this Examination is that the candidate should Complete graduation in any discipline from recognized University .

NDA EXAM STANDS FOR NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY WHICH IS CONDUCTED BY UPSC TWICE IN A YEAR.



Eligibility for NDA exam:-
Candidates who are willing to join Army wing must be 12th passed in any stream.
Candidates who are willing to join Air force & Navy must be 12th passed in science stream
Those candidates who are going to appear in final exam can also apply for that.
Candidates must be unmarried.
Age limit- Candidates must be 16 1/2 years & must not be more than 19 years.

Exam pattern:-
Selection of candidates in different wings will be based on NDA exam.
This exam is conducted by UPSC.
The exam is divided into 2 parts first Mathematics 300 marks & second General ability 600 marks
part A- English & Part B- General awareness
Gk divides into parts-physics,chemistry,general science,geography,& current events.
Questions asked from these subjects:-MATHS,ENGLISH,GENERAL KNOWLEDGE,CHEMISTRY,GEOGRAPHY,PHYSICS,BIOLOGY,

NDA(National Defence Academy) is conducted two times every year i.e

• NDA-I
• NDA-II.

This exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

NDA has three wings:
Indian army,
Indian airforce,
Indian navy.

Educational qualification:
12th standard from a recognised state or central board.
Percentage is not required for this exam.
For airforce and navy wings you must have PCM subjects in 12th standard.

Age criteria:
Age limits is 16 1/2 years to 19 years.
There is no relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

NDA (National Defence Academy) is a exam that is commenced every year twice for recruitment to Navy, Air Force, Army and Naval Academy place in National Defence Academy.

There are certain eligibility criteria for NDA Exam.
According to those eligibility criteria, you are not eligible to appear in NDA exam as you are female. Only Male candidates are allowed to appear for this examination.

First of all let me tell you that one can join the defense sevices(as in your case you want to join Indian defense services) hence you are required to give NDA exam which is conducted by Union public service commission for admission in the three defense services of India namely::
>>Indian Army
> Indian Navy
> Indian Air Force

Girls are not Eligible for this exam i.e NDA

Eligibility criteria

~~you are required to have age between 16.5 to 19 years.

~~you should have passed XII exams from a recognized school or board.

~~you should be citizen of India ora subject of nepal or Bhutan or Tibet.

~~this exam is for unmarried male candidates.

~~candidates having PCM can apply for all three branches of Indian Defense Services,

~~candidates of non PCM branch can apply for Only Indian Millitary academy.

~~since you have PCB in intermediate so you can apply for Indian Millitary Academy to be a pilot.

~one needs to understand that there is no Percentage required to appear in NDA exam

But yes you need to have good marks in XII (although just passing marks are enough) to fulfill the eligibility
