Sorry to say you are not eligible for NDA Entrance this entrance exam is only for unmarried male candidates who are in the age between 16and1/2 to 19 years

this exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

But the women has many opportunities in defense services after completing their graduation course.

so you can try for them in order to serve your country.

Sorry friend, girls are not allowed in writing NDA exam.

Because basic eligibility for joining NDA is as follows.

Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not

later than 1st January, 1996 are eligible. Which means you as a female cannot

join through NDA.

you can join the defence through CDS exam during the 3rd year of engineering.
otherwise write the afmc exam as 25 seats are there for girls.
you can also apply for military nursing.

Sorry yo say but the girls are not allowed to give the NDA exam because the following eligibilities are necessary for the NDA exam:-

-> Only unmarried male candidates are allowed for this exam.

NDA is only for BOYS not for GIRLS..NDA has no meaning for girls.

How ever if you wish to join INDIAN ARMY then you can join it after your graduation...

NDA Examination For Girls

Girl candidates are not eligible for the NDA examination only unmarried
male candidates are eligible for NDA exam. This exam is conducted by
UPSC twice in every year for the admission in the Army, Navy and Air
Force wings of NDA. So you can apply for another examination.

You can also do graduation and after completing graduation you can
apply for the Civil Services exam like IAS, IPS, IFS, CDS...etc. You have
many option after completing graduation. So i advise you to do
graduation course.

Educational Qualifications -

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy - 12th Class pass of 10+2
pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State
Education Board or a University.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the
10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of the Indian Naval Academy - 12th Class pass or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Only Unmarried male candidates are Eligible To Apply for N.D.A Exams.

N.D.A National Defence Academy Examination Is conducted By Upsc.

so their is no need of any preparation for nda.
but you can join defence after your graduation by giving the test such as cda, ssc etc.

why government kept such eligibily for NDA, why girls are not allow to give this exam. So many girls are interested in NDA, but they can'nt do beacause they are girls, its not done, can government make any changes after such a good response from girls?

i am rely sorry to tell you that after class 12 only boys are allowed to apply for UPSC exam.
but you can also apply after graduation with a minimum of 55%..
and the age limit is 21 to 29...
but most importantly you must be physically fit.
so i would like to suggest you to finish your graduation and then apply for it..

sorry to inform you that you cant apply for NDA after class 12..
only mens can apply for it after class 12.. but if you rely want to join army then you can join after finishing graduation with minimum of 55%.. and the age limit is 21 to 29.. and you must be physically fit..very important..

so i suggest you finish you graduation and then write UPSC exam and the join army..

In N.D.A only male candidate are eligible for this exam.

If you want to join Indian Defence Services the you can apply after passing the graduation.
For this you have to apply in C.D.S. exam.
C.D.S Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.


After qualifying C.D.S exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

First of all i would like to inform you that Girls are not eligible to apply for NDA examination. Only unmarried males can apply for NDA examination.

So you can't join Indian Defense at present and must study till Graduation if you want to join Indian Defense in future.

It is unfortunate but girls cannot apply for NDA exam, as they are not eligible. Only male candidates can give NDA exam.

UPSC conducts this exam.

NDA exam can be given by only - unmarried male candidates, who are intermediate pass and are in the age group of 16.5 years to 19 years.

Girls cannot apply for NDA exam.

But you can apply for OTA.

OTA - Officers Training Academy

OTA can be joined by qualifying CDS ( Combined Defence Services ) exam.

To be eligible for CDS exam for OTA wing --

You should be a graduate from a recognised university.

Graduation can be done in any subjects.

Your age should be between 19 years to 24 years.

There is no age relaxation for any category.

Both male and female candidates can apply.

Sorry, If you are a female candidates then you are not eligible for the NDA examination. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA examination.

National Defence Academy (NDA) examination is conducted twice in every year by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) named as NDA-I and NDA-II examination. NDA-I is conducted in the month of April and NDA-II is conducted in the month of August. Here i give you the details eligibility criteria for the NDA examination.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Entrance Examination.
--> Pass 12th class from a recognize University. !2th board exam appearing student can also apply for the NDA examination.
--> The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of examination.

NOTE :~ Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance examination.

So, if you are a female candidates then as per eligibility criteria you are not eligible to apply for the NDA entrance examination. If you are more interested in the defence field then i advise you to go for another examination like CDS examination which is also conducted by the UPSC in every year.

I am really sorry to state that Girls are not eligible to join the NDA or even attempt that examination. There has been no changes in this rule since past many years and this is totally as per the government laws and rules.

The NDA Examination is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year in the months of April and August. All the interested male candidates can apply in this and the females are not allowed for the same.

The age limit for them varies between 16.5 to 19 years and one should be a minimum class 12th pass to attend this examination. This is one of the most reputed examination in India and requires full dedication.

Again regret to say, but you wont be eligible for this NDA.
