I have passed my class 12 in 2015 and I have only given mains that year not advance. In 2016 I will give both but if I am not satisfied with my score can I give jee mains and jee advance in 2017

No, you are not eligible to write JEE Advance 2017. If you had passed your intermediate in 2015, then you are eligible to write JEE Advance in 2015 and 2016 only. Because you are permitted to write JEE Advance only for two consecutive times.

First stage of this examination is JEE Main and second stage of this exam is called JEE Advanced. Thus I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for JEE Advanced but are surely eligible to give JEE Mains exam.
