Dear Aspirant

I am sorry to say but the minimum percentage required to join Indian Air force
is 60%(Aggregate in all paper put together) in graduation. So you are not eligible
for Air Force at this Percentile marks.

then you can join Indian Air Force through NDA.
There is no percentage restriction to apply for NDA eamination.
The age limit for the exam is 16.5 to 19 years.
The examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

If you qualification is Graduation (B.Sc. with Maths and Physics or B.E./B.Tech.)
then you can join Indian Air Force through CDS examination which is conducted
by UPSC twice a year.

you can join Indian Airforce, but to join Indian Airforce you would have completed your 12 or equivalent with Maths and Physics.
candidate having Maths and Physics in their 12th class only can join Indian Airforce.
they is no condition on percentage, you only required to pass 12 exam.
if you are not having maths and physics in your 12 then you can appear for NDA but can only join in Indian Army.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA is 12th Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities.

Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics.

Part A - English (Maximum Marks 200)
Part B - General Knowledge (Maximum Marks 400)

APPLICATION FORM are published by the UPSC at interval of six months,
i.e. April / May and October / November in all the local newspapers and Employment News.

Your question is incomplete as you have not mention scoring of 50% marks on which level of your education.

Anyway if you mean10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. then after this you can apply for NDA to join Air Force. NDA(National Defence Academy) conducted by UPSC twice every year, you must be Indian unmarried male and within the age group of 16.5 years to 19 years.

If you mean Graduation degree with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics or B.Tech. you can apply for CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam conducted by UPSC twice a year and opt for Indian Air Force , there is no percentage of marks required, you must be within the age of 19 to 23 years of age.

To go for Air force you must have to complete the 12th class in science field.
After which you have to qualify in NDA exam.
If you able to clear the exam then you have to go through the SSB interview..
After clearing the interview you will get a chance to join in Air force.

For Air force:-
1.Candidate must have complete the 12th in science field having maths and physics.

2.Candidates age should be in between 16.5-19 years.

3.Candidate must be physically fit.

Yes you can join Indian Air force after passing graduation with 50% marks.
For this you to qualify the C.D.S exam.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with any stream from recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.

You Age should be between 19 to 23.

You have not mention your academic qualification , So i have listed here 12th standard and graduation standard exam for Indian air force exam.

Those candidate have completed 12th standard with science(PCM) are eligible for NDA exam.Commerce and Arts streams are applicable for Indian Army exam.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for reserved category.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam. You must have citizenship of India.

If you are graduate persons then you are eligible for CDS ,UES ,NCC SPECIAL ENTRY Exam.

Your age should be between 19 to 27 years.

If you are a B-TECH candidate then you are eligible for above exams .Also you are applicable AFCAT exam.

All exams are conduct for Air Force recruitment process.

If you are interested to become a pilot in Indian Airforce then,
There are mainly 2 type of entries,

(i) NDA Entry: 10 + 2 male students with Mathematics and Physics as their subjects can apply provided they are between 16 1/2 Yrs -19 Yrs of age and are unmarried. NDA Advertisements are released by UPSC in March and September every year. Hai, You can join in Air Force. Because percentage is not required to join in Air force. But in order to join in Air Force you need to write NDA exam. NDA means National Defense Academy which is a three years course and conducted twice in a year in the months of March and August.
1.The Age of the candidate should be in between 16(1/2) to 19 years.
2.Candidates who are appearing and appeared in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination are eligible.

i am diploma graduate Compter science engg student(with 70% aggregate),i applied for afcat exam 2014 successfully and i have select subject as physics,maths,engg graphics,microprocessor,digital electronic,computer network,electronic circuit design, and switching theory.

my question is i have exemption in physics(becoz i studied already, so marks are not allocated to me).
also i studied switching theory and logic design but not switching theory.
some of above some subject i studied in diploma and some in graduation.

No, you cannot apply for the test. Air Force Common Admission Test or AFCAT is by far the biggest exam conducted for entry into the IAF. Candidates after appearing for the written test has to undergo (AFSB)SSB . The written test is same for all the candidates irrespective of the Branch Applied i.e. Flying, Technical or Ground Duties. Age should be between 19-23 Years and aspiring candidates has to be Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) and should scored Minimum 60% in all papers put together.
