The best way to Join Indian Army after completing your 12Th examination.

If you are Interested to Join Indian Army, then please complete your 12Th examination first and then apply for NDA Examination or 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme.

For NDA Examination you have to complete your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects for All 3 wings of NDA : Army wings, Naval Wings and Air force Wings.

But for Army wings, you have to complete your 12Th examination in any Discipline from a recognised Board. But for this your age should between 16.5 to 19 Years.

For 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme, you have to complete your 12Th examination with 70% marks in PCM Subjects. For this your age should between 16.5 to 19.5 years.

So, its better to complete your 12Th examination and then apply for NDA Examination and if you have scored more than 70% marks, then you are also apply for 10+2 TES.

The Notification will be Published in the employment newspaper or in the UPSC Website, The Notification of NDA (I) Examination was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination 30/Jan/2012. So please complete your 12Th examination and then apply for NDA Examination and if you need more information then check official website :

In indian army there are various entries like for
1.sainik and
2.for officers in technical and non technical.
As you written that you got low marks in 10th class then i preferd you for the entry in the indian army as a sainik.
For the criteria of sainil they required only 10th passed student at any percentage.

Sorry, but you are not eligible to apply for indian army if you have not passed the 12th class examination or any other equivalent exam in aggregate with maths, science and also english as a medium language.

Sorry, you are not eligible to join Indian Army after class 10th exam after getting low percentage.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA --->
1. You should have passed the 12th class with a minimum of 70% in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
2. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years.

After completion of your 11th standard , you are eligible for join army as Soldier or in army
many post are there like

Constable
Sundry
washer
cook

But the better option for you to go for 12th standard.After completion of your 12th standard you are eligible for NDA exam.

The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is given below.

1.) 10+2 pass candidates with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70% marks.

2.) Age limitation is 16.5-19 years.

3.) The eyesight should have 6/6.

4.) The height should be 157.5 cm with 5 cm chest expansion.

Dear Friend,

Securing good marks not will help you very much in joining Indian Army.....

As your aim is Indian army, you must take the Pure science stream in your 10+2 level.

The subjects which are required for the entry level of 10+2 level is Physics, Chemistry, Maths.

You also have to secure good marks in your 10+2 level which will help you.....

After that you have to appear for entrance exam of Indian Army...

no. only with 45% at 10th are eligible. But a plus2 with pass percentage can join army

You can join Indian Army after passing 12th fro this you have to qualify the N.D.A exam..

N.D.A. Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice.

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

NDA stands for National Defense Academy.

NDA Examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

After qualifying NDA Examination you can join Defence Services like:

->Indian Army

->Indian Air Force

->Indian Navy

The Eligibility Criteria:
------------------------

>> The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university.

>> And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination.

>> The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years.

>> The candiate must be single and medically fit.

Hi Ajit Kanu. The minimum educational eligibility criterion to a part of the Indian Army is to complete 12th standard.
After completing your 12th examination, you may apply for various posts by taking entrance exam like NDA.
