According to the edication qualification require for civil services exam it says that you should be a graduate from a recognized university.
The candidate must hold a degree of any of
Universities incorporated by an Act of the
Central or State Legislature in India or other
educational institutions established by an
Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed
as a University Under Section-3 of the University
Grants Commission Act, 1956, or
possess an equivalent qualification.
Hence you are eligible after your graduation.

Information Regarding IAS Examination.

To appear in the Indian Administrative Servise (IAS) Examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification = Graduation in any stream from a recognize University.

Age Limit = The age must be between 21 to 30 years.

So if you completed graduation degree then you will be eligible for IAS Examination.

For IAS Examination, you should complete three bachelor degree or Final year candidate for Bachelor degree then only your eligible to apply for IAS Examination .

IAS :- Indian Administrative Officer . This Examination is conducted by Union public service Commission for Every year .

IAS Examination may divided into three levels namely Preliminary Examination / Main Examination and Interview .

If your aspiring to apply for this Examination then you should satisfy the following eligibility criteria like,

Eligibility Criteria :-

Educational qualification :- You should complete bachelor degree in any stream from recognized university or equivalent Examination . There is no relaxation is applicable for any category candidates .

Age Limit :- Your age should be 21 years to 30 years and relaxation is applicable for sc/st candidate for 5 years / OBC candidate for 3 years and Physically challenged candidates for 10 years .

Number of Attempts :- You should be eligible to attend the Examination for 4 times and relaxation is given for 7 times for obc candidates and There is no limit for sc/st candidates .

You should be physically as well as mentally fit for the IAS Examination .

The Important Notification for IAS Examination are published in Employment news papers and Official website of UPSC . You may buy the examination application form from the post office with the cost of Rs:- 100 .

So , As per the eligibility criteria your eligible for IAS Examination , If your an final year candidate of bachelor degree then your eligible to apply for the Examination .

IAS exam is open to graduates of all streams i.e you have to be a graduate pass with atleast 60% marks.

After competing your graduation you can appear for IAS exam.

If you are under graduate means you start your preparation now itself and appear for IAS exam on final year of your graduation.

Whenever you are appearing for IAS exam you must complete your graduation from recongnised university otherwise you are not eligible to appear.

Candidate must be at the age of 21 years and above. Till 30years can appear for many attempts.

33years for OBC and 35years for SC/ST.
