Can I study two degrees simultaneously?
I am doing BCA from Magadh University. Can I do B.A from IGNOU at the same time? Will it be possible to cope up with both degrees together?

Re: Can I study two degrees simultaneously?
Its all upto you. If you think you can handle the pressure of both the study simultaneously and can submit both the assignment at the given time and can also take the examination one after the other then you can opt for dual degree program from two different university. But let me tell you both the course is different one needs lot of practice (BCA) while other needs lot of information as well as learning portion you also have to do (B.A). So, may be it will be difficult at one point of time but if you can cope up and manage both the program then go for it. There is no such harm doing dual program at the same time. It is basically very efficient thinking of your's to complete the study and get yourself a job in any of the field.

Re: Can I study two degrees simultaneously?
As far as simultaneous degrees are concerned, Yes, you can pursue it. UGC (University Grant Commission) has, in its reports, acknowledged positively that a candidate can pursue two degree (One regular and One through distance) at the same time. It is also noted that pursuing two regular degree through fraudulent means is illegal. But it is better to pursue one degree at a time because in many cases it is seen that semesters exams usually clashes and eventually it leads to backlog affecting both the degrees.

It totally depends upon you stamina.
It is possible to cope up both degrees. You can pursue Bachelor of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University. You can pursue it along with Bachelor of Computer Application. |
