Being 3rd year B.Tech student you're not eligible for IAS Entrance Examination. Only Graduation Final year (or) Graduation completed candidates are eligible IAS Entrance Examination. So, being a 3rd year B.Tech candidate you’re not eligible for IAS Examination. So, we suggest you to complete graduation course in order to participate in IAS Examination. If you're aspiring to become a IAS officer then you have to appear in Civil Service Entrance Examination which conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every year.

Eligibility Criteria for IAS Exam:-

-Graduation in any discipline from recognized university
-Age should be minimum 21 years to 30 years and upper age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC category candidates.

So, after completing B.Tech course you’re definitely eligible for IAS Entrance Examination.
