after 10th class we can do CA? please tell me about CA course?

After completing 10th standard, one can register for Common Proficiency Test for CA. Students need to register atleast 10 months prior to the examination.

However, you can appear for the exam only after completion of 10+2 exams.

CA course is of 2 years apart from completion of training period.

The whole course is completed in four stages-orientation course (PE-1), main course (PE-11) and articleship and final course. The minimum eligibility criteria for joining the CA course is 10+ though you can join it even after graduation. And very importantly, there is no restriction inn regard to the age of the candidates.

first you have to complete 12 then prepare for C.A

after 10th class you have mainly two options are there:-
1.go directly to diploma course
2. to go for 11th and 12th classes with anyone stream either science,commerce or arts...

» if you wish to do diploma, then you can do directly after your 10th class on basis of your results...further after completing diploma course , you can get a lateral entry to degree course directly in the 2nd year...

»if you wish to go for 10+2, then you have to choose anyone stream either science or commerce or arts...here if you choose science stream then in science stream also you have to choose either maths(for engineering) or biology(for medical field)...

commerce stream is mainly deals with business and all...and arts with teaching profession and all...

so choose your line as per your own interest and capability...

If you wanted to become a CA then you shuld first do your 10+12 and than after, you can register for your common profeciany test conducted by the ICAI. It is not so tough curse but only thing is that you should think only positive and do bother about what result of CPT came just put you all the efforts for preparing for the examination, It will surely help full for your bright future.

Yes, After 10th class you can go for CA course but to appear its foundation exam you have to complete your +2 exam.



CA course introduced a new rule from August '12 that the graduate can skip the foundation level , there are some eligibility criteria which are as follows.

**The candidates should be a graduate
Commerce candidates have to score 55% in aggregate
Non Commerce candidates have to score 60% in aggregate.
