is cat necessary for MBA how to apply for that and where and how much will it cost and when can i apply

CAT is the most toughest entrance exam in India by IIMs for MBA.

Dear friend CAT is just one of the exam conducted for MBA admissions many colleges accept CAT score in addition to IIM'S which are conducting institutes.
You can opt to sit for other exams for mba admission
like::
XAT : XLRI,Jamshedpur, XISS ranchi,XIMB bhubneshwar are some top colleges
FMS: FMS Delhi
IIFT: IITD Delhi
MH-CET: JBIMS,Other top colleges of maharastra.
MAT: MAT is conducted 4 times a year you can get some very good colleges.

There are so many Entrance exams available like MAT,JC-CAT,XAT etc. for MBA admission.If you want to join in IIMS then you have to write CAT exam.You will get application form from internet or you will get it from Bank Of Barauda.Application form will cost about Rs. 1200.
Application form will distribute on October everyyear.
