i m a btech 4th year student in iit indore, my branch is CSE.
i want to know that CAT preparation can also be helpful for on-campus placments??

Yes CAT preparation is helpful but not to a very large extent,you will get a edge in solving general aptitude questions in placement exams ,thats all it is gonna help

Since you are in your final year, I would rather say that its high time for you now. After a couple of month ,different companies would start visiting your college campus for the recruitment purpose. So its very important for you to start getting ready for that.

And yeah somebody has given you a wonderful tip of joining CAT coaching institutes.I think you should follow that tip.
