CAUSES OF EMPLOYEE DISSATISFACTION
1) Insurance companies run under a lot of risk, that is why they are saving a lot cash and preserving it for future, rather than distributing it among the employees. 2) Laborious woks. makes you work very much. 3) Less pay. don't even pay a small percent of what the company is making 4) Do not have a job guarantee in most of the insurance companies. |

main factor is that the this job is not has no surity, and having a lot of risk . so the people are moving from that sector . best of luck. |
