Which to choose between BCA, B.Sc IT and B.Tech for a better career growth?


In what courses should I apply after 12 as I m a student of PCM+Computer Science and I have a deep interest in IT? Should I go for BCA or B.Sc in IT or a B.Tech will much better option? What are the job opportunities for all these three courses in Indian market?
