i am doing my diploma in computer science i am in the final year now i want to b tc in civil engg.can u told me the right guidence regading in civil field may i admision in 2nd year in civil plse told me the colleges in dehli .i belong to a st caste i have no enough money to pay for engg. plse told me where we have a some seat are reserved

There are many engineering colleges in Delhi from which you can persue your B.Tech in Civil Engineering after taking admission in second year .

NOTE:
1. Although IIT do have seats in civil engineering but they dont take candidate from diploma to B.Tech, means no lateral entry is there. One may get civil engineering seat only after passing 12th and getting very good rank in IIT-JEE.
2. Although there are many engineering colleges in delhi but only few of them offer engineering degree in civil.
3. As you belong to reserved category, so only this reservation would get its advantage according to the exam committee's rule. For example, in JEE of IITs, 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates in all IITs, IT BHU and ISM Dhanbad.
