Dear friend,
Himachal pradesh university recruit student in two ways for there courses. *Courses Through competative test held in the month of may: *M.C.A *D.C.A *Msc *LLB *B Ed *Courses on the basis of qualification marks: *M.A *MCom *M Ed *LLM So,yes you can go for these universties it totally depend on your qualification marks.
