No, you can't be eligible directly for Telangana Teachers recruitment (DSC) without attending TSTET 2016.

Those candidates who have competed graduation degree and B.Ed course from a recognized university are eligible for TSTET exam 2016.

There is no age criteria.

CTET is valid only for central government schools which are affiliated to CBSE. For state government schools in Telangana state you have to apply for TSTET 2016.

Recruitment in state government schools is done through state level TET and CTET will only work for central government schools.
