The NDA I examination was completed sucessfully on 17/April/2011.

And if you have missed the NDA I examination, then please apply for NDA and NA II examination. The Notification Of NDA II exammination was already announced on 09/April/2011.

The Last date of apply for NDA II examination was 09/May/2011.

UPSC conduct the nda exam twice in a year. NDA I exam date has over.

NDA II exam detail:-

Age limit: The age limit is candidates born between 02-07-1993 and 01-01-1996.

Educational qualification:-

For Army, candidates pass with 12th in 10+2 pattern of school education.

For Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy, candidates pass with 12th in pattern of school education with physics and mathematics subjects.

procedure to apply: The eligible and interested candidates have to apply
through online or offline.

Online Application Form:-www.upsconline.nic.in on or before 09-05-2011 up to 11.59 PM.

Important dates:

Closing date for online registration: 09-05-2011, up to 11.59 PM.

Off-line: All off-line applications must reach the controller of examinations, UPSC, Dholpur House, Shahajahan road, New Delhi-110069 either by hand or by post/speed post or by courier on or before 09th May, 2011

However, in respect of candidates residing abroad or in certain remote localities specified in the notice the last date for receipt of applications by post/speed post only (not by hand or by courier) is 16th May, 2011

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army etc.

Eligibility criteria for NDA-I/NDA-II exam:
Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream.
Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
Citizenship: Indian

NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education.

NDA-I exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will held on 15th April 2012.
NDA-II exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012.

national Defense Academy exams are conducted bu UPSC. If you have completed 12th with PCM from any recognized board ans your age is in between 16.5 to 19 years then you are eligible for both NDA-I and NDA-II exams .
