what is the difference between Internet and WWW ?? Could u please mention the basic diff

Internet is the world's largest computer network. It is the network of networks. It is a communication network which bridges all the small computer network.Internet is an interconnection between several computers of different types belonging to various networks all over the globe.
Where as WWW is one of the newest media available over the internet. It is a series of servers interconnected through gypertext.
