Sir/Madam, I wanted to know that what is the difference between Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical and Automation Engineering?

I am asking this question to know the educational difference and scope after B.Tech. in these courses. I would also like to know that what if their is a job for Mechanical engineer and i have done Mechanical and Automation Engineering. Can i still get that job?

dear ...diploma is not an engineering program or if u do after ur intermediate then its mean that u r only inter not graduate ...
