i have completed my diploma in textile technology after class 10. i want to know that is diploma is equal to graduate. Can I do MBA after diploma?

For getting admission into MBA course, one need to have atleast Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or (10+2+3).

So, you won't be eligible for the MBA course.

No dear you cant opt for MBA.

As you also know that for MBA minimum requirement is for graduation degree. Aggregate matter is different first you should look for degree.

Diploma Engineering is a 3 years polytechnic course, which is not considered equivalent to Bachelor degree and the candidate passing it will also not be called a Graduate, because he/she haven't acquired degree yet.

Here I would also like to clear one common doubt, some Diploma courses are of 4 years also like- Diploma Engineering in Industrial Electronics, Partime Diploma courses, Evening Diploma courses. So even being a 4 years long course it can not be considered as equivalent to Graduation.

So, if you want to pursue MBA first you have to complete your Graduation.

And for a diploma holder pursuing graduation is not a difficult task, lots of facilities are available there like- Lateral entry schemes, One Sit Graduation, completing graduation through distance mode etc.

no you can't apply for MBA with diploma. Because diploma is not equivalent to graduation degree.
Before think of to do MBA, first you have to do graduation or any other degree level course. because diploma is not considered as degree level.

No dear, Diploma is not equivalent to degree.
Diploma courses are only for practical aspect while if you do btech , it is far more better than diploma, in btech, first you are taught theoritically and in last year, practically.

And for MBA, you have to do graduation, diploma is not sufficient...!!

With Diploma course you are not eligible for post graduation MBA course.
To have admission for MBA course,you should have at least Bachelor degree.
So take admission in good college in your place for graduation course and select the course you are interested.
After completing that course,you can get admission in MBA colleges.
If you want to do MBA in top Management colleges,then you have to appear for CAT exam,if you qualify in that exam,then you can get admission in top management Institute in India.

My name is Manmeet Singh and i completed my 3 years diploma in CSE from BBSB college FGS . But i completed that after 10 2 . So Please suggest if i am eligible for MBA or not ? Because for MBA requirement is 10 2 3, that i am having that with me. Please suggest me universities offering that . I completed my Diploma in 2010 since then i am working with MNC TBSS and having experience of one year. Please Help as MBA is really required to get growth.

diploma is not equivalent to a degree and it is necessary that u have a graduate degree in order to appear for any MBA entrance exam..u can do ur B.Sc or B.Tech right now..and then apply for MBA if u like..

No its not. Diploma is a crap course. You are not recognised anywhere in world. And you will be left alone all your life. You will feel ashamed, miserable and yet helpless any all the possible ways. no. diploma is not equal to degree .but it gives you a specialisation in a particular field.
For doing MBA you need to complete your bachelor degree which is the minimum qualification for doing the course. you can do MBA by writing the entrance exam like CAT,etc

you can get the admission into b.tech course through lateral entry system(direct admission into 2nd year of the b.tech course). you have to get the rank in ECET(FDH) means Engineering common entrance test (for diploma holders). this examination is easy. we have to revise the diploma syllabus as specified in the booklet and practise old question papers everyday and prepare charts for the formulae for easy to remember.
