is diploma is equal to graduate or not

Hello Friend........

Diploma is less than a graduate,

diploma hands cannot apply for engineering graduate level posts where as over qualification is permitted for some posts.

However a three year diploma is some times considered equivalent to B.Sc degree for technical level post/work shop assistants. But degree is degree

degree is always better then the diploma but some time if you have good experience with good soft skills then if gives the same impact

Yes it is equivalent to general graduation. For e.g. Diploma in Computer technology is at par with Bsc Science.
