There exist various degree and diploma programs after 12th. In medicine, one can find courses like M.B.B.S, BDS. B.Phram, etc. B.Sc Nursing, BPT, etc are other popular courses in medical field. In non medical field, you can try for degree and diploma courses in engineering. Courses like CA, CS, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc are also good.

I have passed 12th in 2010. Due to some reseons i was not able to take admission in engineering deploma or degree. I have done my d.ed a primary teacher in this period 2010-2013. Now i want to do again deploma or degree in engineering. Give me a good suggestion.
