Does BE equivalent to M.Sc?

B.E stands for Bachelor of Engineering (commonly abbreviated as BE or Btech) and .
  • In india its duration is 4 years so students get their degree after the completion of 4 years.
  • For getting entry into B.E or B.Tech courses you must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
  • It is Bachelor degree

Details about M.Sc
  • M.Sc is a master degree .
  • For joining this course , you must have completed your graduation or bachelor's degree.
  • Duration- Generally the duration is 2 to 2.5 years

So in no any respect B.E is equivalent to M.Sc

No, they are not equal in any respect. BE is a 4 year graduate bechelor of engineering degree whereas M.Sc is a master in science degree. both are 2 seperate line.

dear friend,
No my friend both the courses are different..

B.E stands for Bachelor of engineering, so it is an under graduation course..
The duration of the course is 4 years..
You will get more technical knowledge than theoretical knowledge....
After completion of BE course you will get huge job opportunity in technical field..

M.Sc stands for master in Science , that means it is a master degree...
The duration of the course is 2 years..
You will get more theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge.
you will become more specialize in a particular field..

So, both these courses are different..
If you want to gain technical knowledge then go for BE course.
If you have interest in theoretical field then go for M.Sc course..

all the best.
