hello dear as you are doing integrated degree the job prospect will be good you may choose any field like you may go for developer or hr field in a company or you may go for MT either technical or HR apart from that you may be able to get any job that a computer engineer can apply like in software industries.
if you are thinking for m tech than it is good but after MBA i think you should move towards that field only or instead of doing m tech if you want further study than go for phd it will add a bulky wait-age in your career. all the best |

The integrated course gives a wide career option. You can either go into the software field. Also there are options to go into the various streams of MBA. MTech is also a good option for you.
