i m mahendra rathod . my birthdate is 18/09/1971 at present i m doing my personal business in construction.i m earning near about twelve thousand rs per month.now i m going to do MBA corresponding in IGNOU on 2010 january's semester. now my question is that after complete MBA i will get job on private firm or not .send me reply

MBA from IGNOU cannot guarantee you a job but it can surely open many opportunities in jobs where MBA is required. It can also act as value addition to your resume for other jobs so that you get preference over others or better salary. At the end of it, it all depends on your own capabilities.

Ya you will surely get a good job after completion of MBA as you also have a experience in business area ,so it would be plus point for you,I suggest you to choose a good stream like marketing or finance in MBA ,it will be beneficial for you .all the best

I will suggest you do MBA in construction management,realestate management,

an mba+your business exprience provide you fullproof job profile.

You can get job but not sure because you will do mba from ignou.but you will get post graduation.try it.best of luck.

Lastly, you may get the package of at least 3 to 3.5 lacs P.A., after pursing MBA Finance in banking and other sector.

Hey Mahendra MBA from IGNOU these days is a good option to go for these days. As for those who are already engaged there jobs and don't have much time to go for a regular MBA it is a good option.

In my opinion doing M.B.A. from IGNOU could be the best option. the study material provided by it is upto mark. As per M.B.A. degree is concerned, university brand is helpful by the time of your initial placement. If you are a working professional, the knowledge capital achieved by you will only be helpful, irrespective of which open university you have opted. any way have information to get admission.

there are very wide job oppurnity for a person once u get ur mba done through IGNOU there are large number of companies to whom u get placed ,I recommend that you choose based on your interests and talents. That is, pick a filed that you enjoy studying and doing projects in and specialize in that. If you choose based on your interest and strengths, you will find that you will perform much better and will be able to get good opportunities in whichever field you choose. best of luck

the value of a course is only the best if you do it fulltime
but due to many reasons if you cant do it fulltime and searching for an option as a partime/correspondence den i think ignou is gud as it is providing an mba degree

if you want to do it from other private n gud institutes den only you l get PGDM i.e.post graduate diploma in management but not degreee.

so ignou is the best option to secure an mba degree...............

It is good that you are doing your MBA after gaining job experience. Obviously you would have better job opportunities than the other freshers.
But there is less chance of placement from IGNOU side. You have depend upon yourself for this. Do apply for companies, get involved in various job fairs after MBA. If you want on-campus placement then you have to change the college where your experience can be used in money making.
