Quote:
Normally HR job is to keep the tracks records of all the employees, Hiring employees after thorough interviews. Looking after their annual compensation. Compliance and policies of the company according to the books of law. Each and every company- private, government, public, big or small have to have HR department. Hence, the scope and requirements are very high. HR professional earn handsome salaries. Whereas, Computer engineers are normally hired in the IT departments. Hence, both have good scope but the specialization and work profile is different. |

Re: Is doing MBA (HR) a good choice for a computer engineering graduate?
MBA (HR) after your BE in computer science is not a bad option.
After this course you can get job of a HR in any organization. You will be doing the work of employee management i.e keeping record of every employee and also hiring new employees in the organization. The pay scale is very good. However you can do your Masters in the same subject i.e computer science. After which you'll be able to get a job in IT company. |
