The electrical and electronics engineering is a field of huge scope. You can find opportunities in many government firms like BHEL, NTPC, DRDO, etc. These firms conduct test or consider GATE score for recruitment. You can find a large number of opportunities in private sector as well. You need to decide on the job profile and apply accordingly. You can even look for job in teaching field in some educational institute.

Hi

Ofcourse EEE is a very valuable course and in fact it is always considered as one of the EVERGREEN courses every in Engineering.

There was, is, and would always be scope for this branch of Engineering so be rest assured that you are pursuing one of the top and best streams.

Now I am detailing some of the best available futures in the EEE stream.

EEE - Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

This course is basically a combination of 2 streams as the name suggests. This is a new course as earlier Electronics and Electrical were two different separate streams but now keeping in mind the importance and the deep relations in between both the streams and their respective subjects, this new course has been launched.

You can apply in various EEE companies like Reliance Power, BSES, and other private companies.

But for the EEE students the best available option is of the Government sector PSU's.

PSU - Public Sector Undertaking Companies

Some of them are : NTPC, NHPC, BHEL, BEL, ONGC, PGCIL, etc..

For that you need to sit for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) which is organized by the IIT's for the PSU recruitment's and also for the M.Tech admissions.

Thus you would get salary packages ranging from 3.2 - 10 lacs in the private companies and high ones in the PSU's as well.

Hope this helps

All the best

Regards
RANJEET

Jobs are completely depend on the technical knowledge of a person in that particular field. There are many cases in which a person from the same branch fails to find the job due to his poor technical knowledge , on the other way, many people are there, who come from the branch, which is less in demand, but, they find the job due to their strong technical knowledge.

So, the most important thing is person's interest in that particular subject. I recommend you, just leave this decision up to her,as she is the only person who knows, what she likes and for what she is passionate about.
