Re: Eligibility criteria for MCA? Is Maths compulsory in B.Sc?
Educational Requirements for doing MCA is a bachelors degree in any of the streams like BCA, B.Tech, BBA and B.Sc. with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate from any recognized university.
but you should have mathematics at your 10+2 level. There is no age limit. If you comes under the above criteria, then you are eligible to apply for MCA. You have to entrance exams like NIMCET, AIMCET etc. |

Re: Eligibility criteria for MCA? Is Maths compulsory in B.Sc?
Hello friend,
The general eligibility criteria to study MCA in reputed institutes in India is like: The candidate should have at least 50% marks in 10(+2) with maths as a main subject. Also the candidate should have passed bachelor degree course with 60% marks from a recognized university. You may have not maths in your B.Sc graduation, but it is mandatory to have maths in your 12th board course. Best of luck! |
