Eligibility to sit for exams like IITJEE and other government examinations?


If somebody finishes her schooling in international school in IGCSE curriculum(International General Certificate of Secondary Education) by staying abroad and be Indian by birth, will she be able to attend /sit for exams like IITJEE and other govt. examinations back in India? My parents are also Indian passport holders till date.

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

After 12th standard, you can apply for NDA exam.

Candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam. Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years.
