Sir, I am najah. I have completed 12th STD and I wish to study doctorate of pharmacy. But I didn't know about the entrance exams to study this course. Will you please say what are the entrance exams available and how to apply?

Eligibility for Pharm.D:-

Student must have passed 12th (PCM or PCB) with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized board.

The eligibility for Doctorate of Pharmacy is
1. All the candidates must complete 12th with science stream.
2. They must have at least 50% marks in 12th.
3. They should complete 17 years of age

The duaration of the course is 6 years. The admission is given based on the entrance exam. The entrance can be applied while appearing for 12th exams or after 12th.

4. AIPGDET
5. AFMC
6. EAMCET

You can pursue 6 year duration course doctorate of pharmacy (Pharma.D) after completion of your 12th science with PCM or PCB subjects. Most institutes offer the admission based on entrance exam conducted at university level.
