hi.i hav filled Aieee form @ Reg.no.2081819.
I was not Aware About the Photograph Specifications at the time of Mailling.
I have Pasted a colour non-embossed Photo.
So i want to know that can i rectify my error by resending the post or i will have to refill the form all over again?

i am sorry to say that your form will be rejected,it is strictly mentioned that you should use an black and white photo

no you can not do that....your candidature will be rejected....just talk to aieee office delhi.

How you have done that mistake,I cant understand,detailed discription for photograph is given in the information bulletin at the page no.-26.

You have done a big mistake,your form is liable to reject.

now you can't do anything because its a rule that you will refilled the exam again.if you can buy another form and then you can apply.hpoe that your form will not be reject

as there are many forms to be received by the office of aieee.....the error in photo specification can be a minor one to be noticed ......dont worry get in contact with the authority ....and ask for possible solution .....

thereis no options now to correct it.....and its a big mistake you must check your appplication form status on the website with your appl. form num. and check your application form is accepted or not .....

i am sory but your application will be surely rejected just because of that colored photograph and i really cant help you in this just contact the authority for any help.

your application form is liable to be rejected as you have pasted the wrong photo...and now you cant do any thing as the time given for the correction has been over.......pray for the good....if your form is rejected then wait for the next year....

really you had made a mistake and for this your application form may be rejected,
but there is also probability to acceptance of your application form,because the aieee aurtority do not want to reject the form,they try to ignore some mistake,
so please wait and see what will happen????
but take your preparation ....and donot try to send another application form,other wise your form must be rejected.

do u have your name printed in the picture...?
i think u must contact the aieee office n clarify about the picture colour...they have specified clearly about the colour..i think i will be accepted..but still confirm it once again

Never refill and resend the application form,it may cancel your candidature from the AIEEE.

Contact the concerned authorities for your problem ,they might help in this problem.

Always go through the informatin given in the application booklet.

This sort of problems shows your carelessness,try to avoid it.

No need to worry so much. your form will not be rejected. But for safe-side you need to contact the AIEEE personnel to clarify for any consequences.

The principal has put the signature but she has not put seal with the signature.the photo has been attested correctly.all other procedures are right.will the form get rejected.ihave not posted it. DO i have to make her put the seal at the place of signature.

i have pasted the photo with the date 7-1-2010 instead of 7-1-2011.will it be rejected?.please help me.

Yes you can rectify your form by resend the photocopy of this form and correct the corrections.
or you can wait for the call of AIEEE authority exam.
THIS photograph make black & white because of the scanning.
so, there is not big mistake.

This was a very big mistake your form will definitely rejected. Immediately you have to check your form status from www.aieee.nic.in or contact the authority of aieee.

immediately buy an another application form fill it submit it with correct

DONT WORRY ABOUT THE COLOURED PHOTOGRAPHS , THERE IS NO PROBLEM REGARDING THAT . IN MY 12TH I TOO HAVE SUBMITTED COLOURED PHOTOGRAPH IN AIEEE FORM BUT I GOT THE ADMIT CARD . Now i am in IIT bombay .Actually coloured photographs are not big problem in aieee forms(although they mentioned it .) .MAJOR ERRORS ARE WRONG DOB , WRONG GENDER , WRONG YEAR ETC . In your admit card you will get B/w photo .

It is a big mistake that you have done. Most of the it will rejected.....
Just contact the board... nothing else will work.

Your form will be rejected for surely.Neither you can not fill another form because it is mention it aieee broucher that no candidate fill two forms otherwire his form will be rejected.

Hello Friend,

It is specifically mentioned that you have to put seal with signature of the Principal/Head of Institution or Gazetted Officer on the application form.
As you have not posted your application form kindly get the seal at the required place otherwise your form will be rejected by AIEEE authority.

whether your photo is colored or black and white is no issue as lot of my friends did the same mistake(even I) but I cant't say about the signature, but it is particularly mentioned to do that so that no one copies your form, so I feel you won't face a big problem.

sir my registration no. is 20020525 by mistake i have pasted a coloured photograph without date and name. so I want to know that wheather my form will be accepted or rejected???

dont worry. aieee has specified "Firmly affix two recent high contrast passport size preferably black & white photograph". so if photograph is clear then no problem.

i have photo larger than the box provided will it create a problem?

did the person who send the form without seal get his admit card?

yes u can submit a color passport size photo but it has to be attested and ur name and date should be mentioned
