Is the form of Jharkhand Polytechnic form available now? Last date of submission of form?

I want to ask few questions regarding the "JHARKHAND POLYTECHNIC EXAM 2012" (1)Is the form for jharkhand polytechnic 2012 available in the market now? (2)What is the last date for the submission of forms? (3)Is it available in BIHAR also? (4)When will "JHARKHAND POLYTECHNIC EXAM" be held? there have many course like you can do higher education like M.tech by GATE exam or do MBA by CAT.MAT exam you can do job also software company like tcs ibm cts wipro satyam Govt.job like BSNL INDIAN RAILWAY NDA

whem will the admit card of jharkhand polytechnic available i have not received it yet by post since the examination is on 14.04.2012 and if it nt send through post from which website i will get it please reply soon only 2 days are left my application no -116990
