i m now job in a private mnc company from last 4.5 year, i have pgdca in qualification. my salary is very low, so now i want change my job. plz suggest me.

Yes, It will be good fo you to change to other company as it makes you carrer growth in a new enviroment and changes your financial problems.

You have 4.5 years of work experience. If you like your company and would like to continue with it then you should increase companies dependency on you and then you should ask them to increase your salary.

If you want to leave your company, then 4.5 years work ex is good enough to get you in any company with good pay.
