After completing EEE Bachelors one has many options to go ahead with some will prefer their core jobs some go for software industry and the remaining will plan for some high profiled entry in to govt job sector

Yes the govt is encouraging young engineers into the govt sector again in this we have two types

jobs related to your core subjects

jobs related to service other than your subject

Example for the first category are IES(Indian Engineering Services),BSNL JTO etc.,

Example for second category are IAS IPS etc., Group 1,2 services other banking sector jobs which are also considered as the govt jobs

central govt jobs like railways etc., the services in allied services like Army Navy Milatary etc.,

These are the available options for your background you can select anyone of them and go ahead with it.

govt job for ECE
there are so many government sector which recruit electronics and communication engineering students. but there competition is very high as most of the student want to join in government sector.

but you may try for it. some of the government sector which recruit ECE students are
BSNL JTO
BHEL
ISRO
NTPC
SAIL
Indian railway
civil services
indian army etc etc.

you can apply for electronics engineer and post known as executive engineer or Engineering Executive Trainees (EETs)
you can check website and eligibility of vacancy and you can read than you will find it. I have given example below of NTPC.

Engineering Executive trainees(EETS), Total Vacancy: 520 posts
Discipline: Electrical – 145 posts, Mechanical – 175 posts, Civil – 60 posts, Control & Instrumentation – 100 posts, Finance – 40 posts
Age limit: Maximum 27 years
Pay scale: Rs. 24900 – 50500/-
