Quote:
After the completion of the +2 level of exam from a recognized Board candidates are eligible for 5 years integrated LLB program. This course is a full time regular program and candidates are eligible only after giving Entrance examination. Most of the Distance Law programs offered by the Law Institutes are Post Graduate programs. After the +2 exam one will be eligible for the Bachelor of General Law, which is offered through distance mode. However, it will not qualify you to practice in a court of Law. To practice in a court of Law one has to be a Law Graduate which is only possible either after 5 years LLB [+2] or after 3 years LLB [Graduation]. For detail information refer to the official website of any Law Institutes offering Distance programs. |
