sir could you please tell me how to apply for ias prilims 2013 & what is the last date

Applications for IAS can be submitted through the web portal of UPSC. It is possible to submit applications through online mode. Civil services exam is usually conducted in the month of May. Exam for the year 2013 are over. You can attend the test by next year. Graduation in any stream is the basic qualification required to apply.
