I am a 3rd year CSE student of BIT Mesra,Patna Center.I want to know how to apply for internship in IITs.Please provide me information concerned with internship opportunities in different companies also.

For that you have to apply in advance beore your summer vacations ...please visit the website o the IIT in which you want to intern.

iits have therir own procedure for internship program. you can check to particular iit where you want to do internship program.

IIts do provide summer training, but they offer the same only to

the students of other IITs.

Now as you are not a student of any IIT, so unfortunately,you are

not eligible to apply for training in the IIT's. So you may consider

other private or govt. companies for the same.

Also I would like to inform you that the IITs conduct various seminars

and workshops regularly on topics such as Ethical Hacking,

Power Systems, System Administration, Web Designing,php etc,

which you may attend if you wish.

you wants to internship for iit ok..its ood for you if your percentage are high above 70% then you go for it...first you met your collegre principle and take confermation latter now you can apply for any iit

You should gather information through various IIT'S colleges sites..
You should submit your marka memos,certificates
along eith your college bonofide..
It will be a span of 6 months providing a stipiend of 5000-6000 rs per month.

Dear friend,

First of all i want to inform you that internship in IIT is only for 3rd year student and they want above 8 Cgpa.
You can apply for it online though websites of IIT for different regions. In the month of february, march or april you can fill application form online for internship in IIT, then they will select students and call them.

how to get internship in iits... for private college's students

Internship at IIT will be very helpful in your resume and career.

There are various programmes . Go to respective IIT WEBSITE and search for it LIKE

otherwise one simple method is that go to IIT website open website of your branch and mail any professor that you want to do project work under him.

attach resume .. you will get selected but no stipend..
